Bettr allows for fingerprint and facial recognition biometrics.
Your biometrics will be used to authenticate when you:
Login to the app
Making profile changes
View card details
Simply tap the “Enable Biometrics” prompt after setting up your passcode.
The next time you login, you will be prompted to login with your biometrics.
You may also choose to login with your passcode.
You can enable or disable your biometrics in the app. Visit the Security section under the Menu, and toggle the “Sign in with biometrics” to enable or disable biometrics.
If you’re struggling to enable or disable your biometrics, then please engage with chat support.
Trouble logging in with Biometrics?
You have 3 attempts to login with your biometrics. Authenticating your login with invalid biometrics on the 3rd attempt will prevent you from logging in with biometrics. The app will automatically redirect you to login with your passcode.

New device and cannot login with biometrics?
Bettr uses strict security measures to prevent unauthorised persons from accessing your account.
If you have an existing account with a registered profile (passcode and or biometrics setup), you will be required to reprovision your account.
Reprovisioning your account requires a Bettr support agent to verify your identity before allowing you to access your account.
If your device was lost or stolen and you have reinstalled the Bettr app onto a new device, please engage with chat support immediately to assist you.
